Mission statement

The aim of AFC Porth is to provide organized football to the highest possible standard for all sections of the club, whilst promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.

It goes without saying that a football club does not run itself and whilst the management team and players are, to the public the most visible club representatives, there are a number of people working away behind the scenes to ensure that the club functions in the best possible way to achieve their aims.

AFC Porth are privileged to call on a number of people who give up their free time to volunteer their expertise in taking the club forward. Whether it be coaching, training, running the tuck shop, fund raising, working to secure sponsorship, advertising, up dating the web site, manning the gate on match day, getting the programmes printed, balancing the books, or dealing with the mountain of paperwork everyone has apart to play, without whom this football club at all levels could not function, a big thank you to all concerned.
